Terms of Use for Our Referral Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use charlieoccasions.garden and the services offered through it by Charlieoccasions Septic. When you browse the site, call the phone number on it or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Charlieoccasions Septic Does

Charlieoccasions Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone, Text and Email Contact

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@charlieoccasions.garden.
